I started Lymington River Sailing Club after the war. Great success, 300 members. Anxious to get title Royal and Red Ensign with device of club (Lymington Ship).
Think Yacht Racing Association (YRA) favourable, and I think it shall not be turned down by King if put to him.
Have to apply to Home Secretary. Will you give application your blessing ?
